Hearing Healthcare Centre
A thank-you for looking after your hearing with us
Your Hearing Club is our free loyalty scheme. Collect stamps at every visit and earn rewards such as free ear wax removal.
New for 2026
Your Hearing Club is now fully digital
Your Hearing Club is the Hearing Healthcare Centre's free loyalty scheme, and for 2026 it is fully digital. Collect stamps, build rewards, and with a hearing aid purchase unlock a booklet of vouchers over your contract. More convenient, better record-keeping and more eco-friendly. If you collected stamps on a paper card, don't worry: they have been carried over.
How it works
- 1
Visit us
Every ear wax removal, hearing test or purchase earns you stamps. Stamps are added automatically once your appointment is written up.
- 2
Watch your card fill up
Your stamp cards live in this app, so there is nothing to carry or lose. We email you every time a stamp is added.
- 3
Enjoy your reward
When a card is full you get a reward code. Quote it at reception and the treat is yours.
